We are now accepting domestic shipments! YAY!
It is your responsibility to package and ship your flowers to us.
Always contact us to book prior to shipping your bouquet.
Follow these guidelines to ensure your flowers arrive in the best condition possible.
- Shipping Monday - Thursday is ideal. Only ship Friday - Sunday if the postal carrier will confirm weekend delivery!
- Take a frozen ice pack and wrap it with plastic wrap or styrofoam to help keep condensation at a minimum.
- Heavily tape the ice pack in the bottom of the box.
- Wrap the bottom of the stems in damp paper towels.
- Wrap the entire bouquet loosely with craft paper. Do NOT use bubble wrap or plastic as the flowers will not be able to breathe.
- Place flowers inside the box.
- Label box with "THIS SIDE UP" and "FRAGILE".
- Select 1-Day shipping for best results. Select 2-Day shipping if you would prefer to save on postage.
- It is recommended to purchase insurance on your package for the value of your bouquet.
- DO NOT require a signature for the package. If the mail carrier is missed then your flowers will be stuck in transit longer.

- Once you have sent your bouquet please provide us with the tracking number and the ETA of the package. Be sure to also provide us with your name, email, number, and the service you have selected. Payment is due prior to us shipping your preservation back to you.
We are not responsible for the condition in which the flowers are received or delivered.
We will video the unboxing of your flowers for proof of the condition received.
If your box or frame is delivered and is broken please contact us and we can discuss your options.
